Breakfast - A bowl of Special K and an apple.

Lunch - 4 crackers and 1 kiwi.

Have been rather unhealthy-

Brunch- cheese and ham baguette
Snacks so far: quite a few chocolate digestives, two mini ice creams, and a sausage roll haha.

I seem to pig out whenever good food is in the kitchen, because for the most part its always bad food!
Feel so guilty,

I had a huuuuge breakfast, porridge with loads of fruit, and before I had 6 crumpets for lunch, God knows why I had all 6.
Didn't have breakfast..
Lunch - Pasta
Snack - A piece of banana and walnut cake.

Maybe because of the quantity of porridge.
Although that isn't my source of guilt, it is the eating 6 crumpets for lunch! Which obviously, have stuff going on them.
B - weetabix and m!lk, 1 toast and butter and marmalade
S - 2-finger kit kat :biggrin:
L - roasted chicken thigh, roast potatoes, carrots and broccoli with GRAVY and SALAD CREAM
T - ham and salad cream sandwich with mixed veg and more salad cream. CORNETTO ENIGMA
(this reappeared 3.5 hours later :frown:)

oh and i had a cup of tea :smile:

9 Quorn mini savoury eggs.
1 Weight Watchers individual carrot cake.
A few bourbon biscuits.
so far...

weetabix with milk, 1 toast with butter and raspberry jam

kitkat (2-finger)

small amount chicken and leek risottoo, cauli/broccoli mix, salad cream
small bowl cherry crumble and custard

stuffed, and i cried through most of that... why is it so hard :frown:

That doesn't seem excessive at all. Keep going darling. You don't want to be like this forever, you have to push through this bit..as hard as it is now, it'll make your future so much easier. X

As for I,
Porridge and strawberries. Then Turkey stir fry for lunch and snacking on coco pops now. Fancying a Findus pancake and veg for dinner :biggrin:

Yes, pretty much :smile:.Having another one now, has lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion in it.Also a packet of quavers and a stick of chocolate covered marzipan.

So so much =( bad day.

scrambled eggs and also weetabix in the morning
tuna/cheese panini from starbucks
tuna salad with loads of salad
more weetabix
tomato/pasta with some grated cheese

houmous, grated carrot and rocket in 2 slices of granary bread
tandoori paneer and vegetable biryani
2 bowls of choc chip weetabix minis --- YUUUUM

Bad day:
Porridge with a banana and a strawberry
An apple and a pear
A sandwich followed by a cinammon whirl and a handful of orange aero bubbles
A cup of soup
Some angel cake and cream cake.

Lunch: Huge serving of pasta salad
Dinner: Vegetable moussaka
Snack: 2 vegetable samosas, natural yoghurt, cereal bar
