YES. I mean, i swear he thinks he knows it all. I speak to ACTUAL cambridge undergraduates and they tell me different, then when i tell my friends that some of what he says isn't exactly true, they laugh

The website says approximately 50% of applicants are invited to interview.. and apparently the interview isn't an interview, its a group thing where they say 'unless you're an axe murderer, you have an offer'.... so I'm hoping this means 50% applicationffer rate!

Applicants per place is 5 (source is from 10/11 figures here, tables A1 and B1). So you won't see 90%+ getting an offer like in the Maths department, but yeah something like 50% sounds very reasonable, perhaps even more.

OMG someone else doing Politics and French?! Its a miracle I honestly can't seem to find many people doing that combination and I get so many strange looks when I'm asked what I want to do
