Phone Interview for the Co-op

I have one on Tuesday and was wandering if anyone has ever had one before with them. What sort of questions are they likely to ask??? I have got information about the history of the company so far.

Co-op tend to do competency based questions, ie "tell me about a time you..." so you might want to prepare examples of customer service (either given, or received if you've never had a job) or organising an event or things like that.

I applied to the grad scheme last year, was my first applications and i somehow passed the maths test but failed the verbal! I will be applying again but I need to relearn maths!!

They said two weeks from application and that two week mark is getting awfully close now, getting slightly scared, the schemes have changed this year am i correct? there are only two schemes, before wasnt there marketing, HR, ops etc?
