Pluto is not a planet. Plus more planets have been added to what we define as planets in our soler system. Only one I can name off the top of my head is Ceres.

this is going to sound really random, but is pluto still a planet? because i heard it wasnt nemore, it was this minor planet, and theres other minor planets too, but id reli apreciate if sum1 could clarify the situation for me, thankz :biggrin:

Pluto is NOT a big ball of gas, it is in fact quite solid. Jupiter and Saturn are gas giants...pluto funnily enough is not..

Ceres is still only a dwarf planet though. It's not a 'planet' as defined by the IAU.
