not sure mate. depends on the markets. Assuming the markets are good and with the late flurry of buys there is no reason why it couldn't reach at least 138p tomorrow.

Kk, I look forward to what you have to say later.
see you later!

Good stuff malayan.

How did you learn the chart stuff? Got any good books / sites to suggest

Nah, I learnt all i know about share trading by myself really. Find it all interesting.
P.s. I have decided I will make an account solely for trading purposes. I will post here with it momentarily!

Well initially I began to notice trends intra-day - the most common of these being the channel.

Charting itself does come naturally to me, although you have to know the patterns as they are generic and will never look perfect.

Here's a pretty good starting position

can't post as moderators have to check them for some reason...
ok scrap that, its working now.

arichmond - Most of my charting now is automatic as in patterns are triggered in my brain, but this link will get you started.

My Proposal for tomorrow:

I felt like taking a risk today so went with TCG. (probably will be highly volatile tomorrow)

Assume you had purchased £10,000 worth of TCG today at 23.25p.

I reckon tomorrow it should rise at least 7.52% to 25p with scope for a larger rise.

Therefore you would net a profit of circa £750

See how this one turns out. Been dire coming into this year, but reckon that its results for tomorrow will be unexpectedly good and will propel it forward.
Ok, some REAL traders answer the next question, not the ones to whom 'it comes naturally' - WTF is going on with this company? Was 0.8p a share yesterday close time? http://www.google.co.uk/finance?cid=703069

It didn't close at 0.8p/share, it closed at 157p/share.

Dude I'm 100% sure, I was following this company yesterday, look at the percentage share rise - 19,772.61%. ???

I checked that, purely because Google Finance is wrong for me half the time.
Google finance is wrong I think.

EDIT: actually reading some of the stories on the side of google finance suggests there was a share consolidation, maybe that explains it?

correct again  I think we should keep a track of your predictions, see how many you get right-wrong. So far you're at 3-0. One thing I'd add though is that the profits you put up don't look so good after account for tax :frown:

Hi tobedotty,

The tax is 0.5% for buying thus knock of £50 and only £15 commission each way

so minus £80. but to be honest, the sums are still pretty healthy imo.
A quick bit of research unearths there was a consolidation as mentionned by tobe.

This is from one of their past RNS'

"The Company is also taking this opportunity to implement a consolidation of the Company's ordinary share capital on the basis of 1 new ordinary share of 20 pence for every 200 existing ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. "
