I've been trying to get this to work since last night, but it keeps declining my card

Just bought it. No problems for me, check with your bank I guess.
Portal 2 is midweeking madnessing it at £5.09 on Steam.

I think this is one of those "no excuses" moments for not having played this game.
Only available for another day or so but FEAR 3 is available for £3.25 - it can be linked to your Steam account should you wish. http://www.gamefly.co.uk/Download-FEAR-3-UK/5002581/
Anyone (like myself) who missed out on the recent Steam sale of Arkham City for £10 (I was deliberately putting it off because I'd been buying so many games recently...when I finally relented and decided to go for it, the sale had finished :p:) may be interested in getting it from GamersGate for £8 http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/DD-BMAC/batman-arkham-city
It can't be linked to your Steam account, though, and uses Games For Windows Live instead, which may put some people off.

Does the Steam version of Arkham City not use GfWL?

I bought the first game on Steam too and that still used it =[
Alan Wake for $15 at gog.com.

Appreciate that considering I haven't been on Steam for a while. I have yet to play Portal 1 but Portal 2 is really pretty.
The Indie Royale "All-Charity Lightning Pack" is up now, current £2.53: http://www.indieroyale.com/

It's got four games: Osmos, B.U.T.T.O.N., The Shivah and Blueberry Garden
Ubisoft weekend on Steam. Everything in Ubi's catalogue is 33% off throughout the sale, and a specific range of games have a larger discount each day, with today's being 75% off the Ghost Recon games.

I've got fingers crossed that there'll be a good discount on the Assassin's Creed games so I can finally add Brotherhood to my collection. I imagine they'll be 50% off, but I'd hope they'll be at least 66% off

Edit: It's also Kalypso week at GamersGate. http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/games?prio=relevance&q=kalypsoweek
60% off on most of the Kalypso catalogue (with smaller discounts for newer games) and some daily deals:
Patrician IV Gold Edition - Save 80% on Thursday (this offer is still running as I write this, expires at 10am)
Disciples III Resurrection - Save 80% on Friday
The First Templar - Save 80% on Saturday
Jagged Alliance Back in Action - Save 50% on Sunday

And Torchlight can be picked up for £3.75 from GameFly http://www.gamefly.co.uk/Download-Torchlight-UK/5001683/
Absolutely brilliant game, and I say that as someone who isn't really too fond of hack 'n' slash RPGs. Apparently it can't be linked to Steam, but if you're concerned about that, I think £3.75 is the typical price when it's in sales on Steam so you can probably pick it up in July.

Torchlight FTW.

Today's Ubisoft Steam deals:
50% off the following:
From Dust (down to £5.99)
Rayman Origins (down to £9.99)
Shoot Many Robots (£3.99)

I've been wanting to try out Rayman Origins for a while...
Sweet, I genuinely wasn't expecting Assassin's Creed Brotherhood to be 75% off. I was thinking it'd be 50% (along with Revelations which was always likely to be 50% off) and maybe 66% at a push.
I don't know about buying AC, I mean...there's so many of them, and I don't know if its my thing. Hmm..

Ok, think I'm going to but a copy of AC. Which one to get? I've heard 2 is the best one.

EDIT: Meh, just bought AC2 for under £4.

If you haven't played any of them then familiarise yourself with the story from 1 and get 2. I personally think that they are all great but 2 in particular is amazing.

I just went and bought both now. So cheap, why not?

Metro 2033. 75% off (£3.74) on Steam. My bro tells me it's good.

Massive indie game sale, covering Steam, iOS, Android, Mac App Store and direct from the developers websites. Plenty of good deals that cover a lot of platforms.

Some good deals there.

Binding of Isaac for £1.60 is ridiculous. It's so cheap and good, Richard Branson should buy a copy for every schoolchild or something.
