I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out with some questions that i need to fill in for an internship form. I have wriiten some stuff but i dont think its that good

A: Some **** to put on ma CV so I can get a better job, innit.

Firstly, please learn how to spell application and secondly, these are all things that you need to know yourself. We don't know what you do well at the moment or what makes you unique. The application's purpose is to learn more about YOU, not the 'ideal' candidate or something.
