Converting mmHg to mmH20

How would i go about doing this? I think its based on the density of water and mercury, but im still not sure how to do it.

the pressure due to a column of liquid of height h = p=ρghp = \rho g h

it follows then that the ratio of the heights of a water column and a mercury column which exerted the same pressure would be equal to the ratio of their densities, i.e. about 13.6 : 1
