If not a troll - eat a decent amount and you won't 'binge' (and fyi your binge was not a binge)

What was it then? was it just being a pig? I have been doing this for a while now and have been so unhealthy these days...But.. euurgh you're right. I should just not act like a troll.
Fat free vanilla yoghurt and salmon slices for breakfast (not together!!), a tiny portion of chicken korma and rice homemade leftover from yesterday for lunch, walnuts and green tea for after along with a glass of fruit juice, a little pack of sushi and a clementine... I like to eat little but often!

Na it doesn't! Small snack for breakfast? A fairly tame roll, some low fat crisps and fruit for lunch. Chicken and chips for dinner and 2 biscuits as snacks?
I could EASILY eat that and more.
Where's the chocolate at girl
Haha I've had a really fat day today, as I couldn't get into 6th form due to floods. Don't usually eat this much, promise!
Breakfast: Kid's packet honey loops cereal
Snacks: Orange, strawberries, cereal bar, fruit stick, banana
Lunch: Little rice pot with chicken and veg, cereal bar, banana
Snack: Banana (third of the day, wtf...), tangerine
Dinner: Thai green curry with prawns and veg, caramel ice cream, yoghurt
Snack: Two more yoghurts and hot chocolate

WOW. I usually eat just the meals, and maybe one or two pieces of fruit

Cheers! I did pig out on pasta and coffee after that but I'd just been dancing at the gym so think I deserved it! Haha!

Lunch - Scrambled egg on toast
Dinner- Pasta bake
Snacks- Another banana, orange, grapes, chocolate bar.
Drinks- 3 cups of tea lol... 3 glasses of water.

Today so far only -

Breakfast - Pain au Chocolat, banana, yoghurt... I am getting hungry now.
(edited 11 years ago)
So far today - 2 poached eggs on bread and.....

A vodka tonic! :colondollar: I know its a bit early for one but YOLO!!
so far today, skipped breakfast because i woke up late, and just ate a banana, although i plan to have tomato and cheese pasta from my college canteen for lunch and possibly curry for dinner, and probably when i get home before dinner i would have some biscuits.
