There is something very fishy about this. His YouTube account says he was hacked and some of the evidence that the BBC say was used against him was found on his computer.

He may be innocent.

Also he says his account was hacked in 2009, way before any weird stuff was uploaded. Even so... the kid seems legit, I'll support you all the way in this!!

Edit: Just seen the linked vid, love how they make him sound normal as he'd mown the lawn that day, seeing as it's only about 3 sq.ft lol

It is common for people to confess to crimes they haven't committed due to poor interrogation technique. It's all a matter of interpretation. I think the story is too farfetched. Same goes for Ian Huntley (but then I read that off wikipedia)

Certainly. One of my friends told me that on one of his darkest days when he was about 12, he watched a number of school massacre movies and it gave him a lot of ideas - the only thing stopping him was that he lived in England and guns were hard (a hassle) to get! :biggrin:

The motion picture, although for our 'entertainment' is actually quite dangerous. The brains of young children are vulnerable to such things. Having said that, children can still be self-controlled, even in the face of violence (although, many kids may watch movies about murder but whilst not committing murder, may take part in small acts of violence towards peers) and it is only a small minority who go out and actually commit such acts.

i think the age of criminal liability is 10years old in england so yes but its more likely the little whacko will get put in an asylum or possibly corrective care.

10? That's mad. If that's the case, 10 year olds should also be able to drive, drink, buy and consume pornography and drugs, have children, or buy contraceptives. I mean, if we can punish them for not being responsible enough, surely we're implying they have responsibilities, no?
