3 Year Degree course in 1/2 years?

Not really sure if this should be posted in this section or not.
However, I dropped out of Manchester Uni last year studying Psychology as I applied late due to wanting to do Law and no places left available on the course.
I've decided today that I'm going to reapply and sort UCAS out tonight. However, I'm sure someone has said that you could do a 3 year Law degree in 2 years full time with extra night classes and being in Uni like a 9-5 job.
Does anyone know what Uni's do this if you've heard of it? Ideally, I would like it to be in 1 year, it's only 7 modules which can POSSIBILY done? Again, have any of you ever heard of this?
