McDonalds Interview/OJE

Hi guys

I recently applied for the role of Customer Care Assistant at my local McDonalds and got an email confirming that I have an OJE/Interview tommorrow

I just had one main query which is that it says my interview is booked for 3.15 until 3.30 but says that both the interview and OJE take fifteen minutes

Does that mean that the OJE is after the interview and I should turn up at like 3.05?

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Also any general tips for the interview would be nice

It probably means you won't have an OJE at all. Most people don't. You should aim to arrive 10 minutes beforehand anyway though :smile:

If you do have an OJE, for Customer Care it'll be something like handing out balloons and welcoming customers at the door, offering samples of food, etc.

The interview is focused on your skills and how you would use them in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
