Year 12s: what will be the first way you research your future options? >>

Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy 2013

I am currently working as a generic therapy assistant between Physio and OT. I would like to apply for one or the other course (still deciding) starting September 2013, however only have 90 UCAS points gained in 2008. Does anyone know if I will get on the course by merit from working as a TA or would I need additional qualifications?

You'd be better of asking the universities you want to apply to.

Are you old enough to apply as a mature student? If so universities may not require you have the same qualifications. Working as an assistant will certainly work in your favour.

As the above poster has said, it's probably best to ask universities directly.
