i hate the way ppl are joking on this thread, shows the lack of real bodybulders :frown:

Squat: 120 kg
Deadlift: 135 kg
Bench Press:105 kg

Height: 5'9
Weight: 73 kg

We don't take kindly to real bodybuilders who weigh 73 kg and squat 120.

We really, really don't.

If that's valid, very impressive. Bench would get you a record in the 60s ..

Deadlift: 170x1

Squat: 120 kg x 3
Deadlift: 165 kg x 2 / 160 kg x 4 (whichever is more)
Bench press: 80kg x 7 (weak I know, for some reason all my push motions are rather weak)

I'd also like to see how much can people row with a barbell.
I can personally do 95kg x 3

Height: 1.90m
Weight: 96kg

Consecutive training: Since June 2008. However from September-June during that time, I was at a very bad gym due to university which had no barbells and dumbbells only up to 32kg. Now however I have been back at a proper gym for 1 month and if I had been at a proper gym all this time, I am sure my stats would be higher.

Woah a 17 year old 73kg beast!

Why would a bodybuilder give a **** what they lift?

yeah thats what they call me in school.
and sorry i think a better term is powerlifter.
Am I right in saying that by my reckoning lnjames is the second strongest deadlifter in the country at the moment? Del missed 395 at the Brits and I can't think of anyone else moving that kind of weight.

Also nice to see his bench press is I think well inside the top 20 in the country (just outside the top 1000 online though) despite being 6'9 and a world class deadlifter.

For the person who asked, I can't imagine any way his lifts aren't valid
