Needs Assessment/Disabled students seeking employment.

What typically happens in a needs assessment for DSA? Do I need to bring a letter from my doctor? Will I be physically assessed or will it just be a talking thing?

I have hypermobility syndrome in several of my joints, particularly my shoulders, which dislocate easily and frequently.

I wondered if there was also any extra support for disabled students seeking employment at univeristies.

It's just a chat. They'll ask what difficulties you have with studying. They may let you try out equipment if you're not familiar with some pieces of equipment.

I wasn't asked to bring any letters with me.
