Hey guys, I have an offer to study Economics starting this next academic year.

I just want to know how far Essex is from London, specifically South East London.

Is Essex in the border of London or is it in London or is it definitely outside London? Been confused about this for quite a while now.

its outside of london

colchester what a good hour half drive at the most for me to get to east london

train wise if you get a train that doesn't stop at every stop it take about 40-50mins to get to liverpool street than its the time it takes to get from there

don't be put of by the distance if you really want to go there, its really not that far its a 60-70 mile journey to london

not to sure on the times and stuff like that as a rarely use the trains

some trains that go from colchester to liverpool street will stop at every little station, others will just call at the major bigger stations on that route will be quicker

its just looking at where its stopping and that

they all leave the same station

Train is every 10/20 min from liverpool station, calling at a minimum of stratford and shenfield. Takes between 40 min and just over an hour.

Once you get to colchester station you get the 61/62 bus to uni. Commuting everyday wil take you about 2 hours each way

which train station should i stop at?
how much is bus fare?

Bus fare is apparently £2.60 return. Don't quote me on this however, i asked (the fairly useless) essex student at work what it cost.

not saying anything...

I manage to stay out of trouble, mainly by being on the bike. And never enough time sleeping. I really do need to sort that.
