Salmon dinner with orange juice

Spoon full of peanut butter and protein shake

Lunch - salad, onion, olives, 2 cans of tuna

Apple

Dinner - 2 thin steaks, 4 egg omlette (2 yolks), salad, olives

From yesterday:
B- Fruit and Fibre, soya milk, OJ
S- Gingerbread Nak'd bar (<3 these things!!!!)
L- Wholemeal pitta stuffed w/ houmous, falafel and salad
S- Fruitus bar
D- Omlette w/ tofu and sweet peppers, side salad and some berry crumble and custard for dessert!

And so many cups of tea!
Porridge and weetabix. I couldn't decide which I wanted... So I had both! Prawns and salad an going out for Nandos. Boom.

Today I've eaten a chocolate brioche roll thing for brekkie ( it wasn't that nice), 2 jaffa cakes, a roast beef dinner. And I plan on having a double decker later on.
Breakfast was porridge with fruit.For tea I had some pork with roasted med veg and a weight watchers chocolate brownie for pudding.

Might have some more fruit as a snack later.
Lunch: Paprika chicken pitta and a pain au chocolat.
Dinner: A bit of a mix :lol: Chicken, egg, tomato, spring onion, cucumber, sweet potato and coleslaw.

Breakfast: An apple turnover.
Dinner: A quorn chicken style burger and rustic oven chips.
Snack: A chocolate eclair.

Some porridge with orange again, then some muesli, then some chicken...then some porridge, lol
Tuna sandwiches ^_^ and a banana
Milk and an apple
2 yoghurts, yet more chicken, and 2 tbsp peanut butter...
Homely roast, then some apple crumble and custard out with friends :biggrin: and a Coke

A cinnamon danish.
A bag of frazzles.
Plain spaghetti with some low fat spread and 2 meat free hot dogs.

A quater of a bowl of museli and an apple for a snack
Probably a fishcake and beans for Dinner.

An odd day because I'm feeling ill and also because I'm leaving uni this week so trying to eat up my food.
Chip butty with scraps. :smile: A proper one from a yorkshire chippy. None of the soft southern veggie oil rubbish.

I've eaten a baby cupcake, and a cereal bar.. but about to go out and stuff my face with garlic bread and pizza with anchovies and olvies on. mmmmmm! :biggrin:

Awh, thank you ^__^ I think I'm just feeling the effects of five days of solid partying so it's self inflicted! haha.
