What is the difference between an electron neutrino and an anti-electron neutrino?
both are uncharged, same mass. whats the diff?

Difference lepton number.
Electron neutrino I think from what I can remember is 1
Anti electron neutrino is -1

So in this equation:
N--> P + e + anti electron neutrino
The baryon number is conserved (1:1)
The lepton number is conserved (0:0) (the electron and anti neutrino cancel each other out)
The charge is conserved.

Also, the anti-electron neutrino is travelling backwards in time, like all antiparticles. However, that's probably making things way more complicated than they have to be, but if you wanted to know another difference, that's the big one in my opinion.
