Trigonometry quick question

How would you find the angles using the quadrant method when given a negative number like tanx = -3
Don't bother with all that.

Just type tan13\tan^{-1} -3 into your calculator and then add or subtract multiples of 180 degrees.

Thanks that's a much easier method, we got taught that we have to use cast diagrams
