AS + A2 are both 50%, right?

Just making sure that, for example, if I get AABB at AS, and I get CCDD at A2, would I therefore get BBCC overall? Obviously wouldn't wanna go from AABB at AS to CCDD at A2, but just wondering. Thanks
Well, the case you've given isn't strictly right as it would depend on the actual percentages achieved, but, yeah, each year is weighted equally.

Not necessarily, because it depends on the percentages you achieve, and how far exactly you're into the A/B/C/D bracket. For example, I got 100% UMS in English Literature last year, and all I need is a C this year to still get an A this year.

But you're right, the two years are equally split - but seriously, try and do as well as you can at AS, because it's far easier to get the marks at AS...A2 is hard!
