i feel for you, its not on you have been here hours.
i posted a comment on here earlier, saying that i opened up another tab and loaded book accom on there, it then just seemed to load the pages between the two tabs and i managed to book. have you tried this?

Try different browsers, or even a different comp.

I was moving from my laptop to my PC, from firefox to internet explorer, and I got through!.
