Now im 16 and i did only smoke ciggs once in a while, and a couple days after i smoke i get really bad chest pains in my upper left chest.

Ive been to the doctor and he did a took my blood pressure and said its fine (I didnt tell him i smoked). But i still get these pains does anyone know what problem i have.

What kind of pain is it? And when does it come on? Do you have any other symptoms?

Just give it a few more days and if it doesn't go see your GP again. I tend to let most of my problems sort themself out. For example, throughout this summer I have had difficulty breathing and my heartbeat seemed to be irregular. Sound quite serious but it's all gone now.

Check with the doctor, but if its on the left then there is some wierd thing that you can get that causes random pain there, cos I get it, and so did a girl I used to work with. I'd still check to put your mind at rest though, and tell the truth about the smoking.

What kind of pain? Sharp, dull? Radiate anywhere? Any other symptoms? Go back to GP and tell him.

I had growing pains on only one side of my chest constantly when I was about 16.

It may be something of nothing. (I even went to hospital, just to be sure)

Your breathing problem could be a psychological thing.
