    Nca Itc
    Hi all!

Any chance anyone could link to/provide a little more information on the NCA ITC?

I've my filter interview coming up in October and am applying for WSO and WSOp, first and second choice respectively and have researched all branch pipelines quite extensively(both from other sources and the Great info from this site ) but am struggling to find any detailed info..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Copied from documentation received from 55 Sqn directly:

    Brief Overview – Very rough:

Wk1 – Admin, Bed packs, fitness

Wk 2 – Lectures, Airforce Law, Defence writing, Maths, PT, 2 min pres

Wk 3 – Navigation exercises, Lectures, Maths, Communication 5min Pres, Project Weekend

Wk 4 – Leadership Challenges on Cranwell North Airfield

    Wk5 – Exercise Southern Border – Catterick

Wk 6 – RAF Museum and London Trip, Lectures, Maths, Fitness

Wk 7 – Lectures, Maths, Fitness, 10 min Pres, Charity Weekend

Wk 8 – Consolidation Leadership Challenges on Cranwell North Airfield, Practice Dining in Night in the Sgts mess

Wk 9 – Exercise Border Patrol at Otterburn

Wk 10 – Final 20 minute group presentation, graduation, Admin

If you are unsuccessful first time you may be considered for a 2nd attempt.

    General info

    • Every body will get to lead the group for a week at some point
    • Everybody will have to lead a project i.e. the tuck shop, London visit and charity weekend.
    • Actively seek opportunities to take a lead.

    Agreed.

Can I recommend this info is added to the FAQ?

Would be useful info to any prospective WSOp's.

Is this the 10week program after Halton? Would this be similar to the 10week training SCNO ATC people would do after the 9weeks at Halton?

    Jon,

This is NCAITC specifically. I'm not sure how it would deviate for those going SNCO ATC.

I would guess some aspects would remain the same, and others wouldn't.

Best bet is to contact someone at the Sqn which conducts that training and ask for a breakdown... That's how I got this info on NCAITC.
