Thumbs up Room spare in Leeds
 
Hey. I'm moving out of my room in early-December, so I'm needing someone to take over my contract. The date for moving in is flexible, anytime between 1st December and 1st January. If you were to move in early-December, the rest of December will be rent free!

The rent is only £60 per week.
