Default Charity Shop Interviews

Hi, I have been trying to get a job for a while now and have been unsucessful, down to inexperience I think. I am thinking about volunteering at a charity shop etc to get some experience. My question is, are charity shop interviews different than regular ones? Are they harder, easier? etc

Just want to be prepared Thanks in advance

It's not like a job interview, they usually tell you what you'll be doing, what the charity's aims are and ask when you can work there. They might go over the health and safety stuff with you too.
