Default Why was Drive for Economic gain more of a cause for WW1 than impearlism,nationalism..

im doing a debate where my job is to criticize and say that economic gain was more of a cause for WW1 than :

Military supremacy
IMperialism
Nationalism

Why werent they as much of a cause for WW1 than ecnomic gain

It's well known fact that main reason was economical.It was main dream of Germany and Austria to take British and French colonies.
