I've had no problems with ITV - it was only the BBC channels that had any issues....

Are you getting your signal from Winter Hill as well (and so will have had another stage of the Digital Switchover on 4 November)? I'd suggest deleting all of the digital channels that you have tuned at the moment and retuning from scratch - I initially had problems with BBC channels because a frequency change wan't detected due to existing BBC channels on a different frequency (which became unavailable following 4 November).

It's also worth checking that you're not using one of a small number of set-top boxes that have known issues - read more about this here.

I'll see if I can come up with something else if that doesn't help.

The simplest solution is so often the one that works! Glad to hear that it's all sorted now (don't forget to do it again on 2 December ).
