Re: How many people applid to do History at Leeds University last year?
History is very popular here at Leeds and the department offer some great modules. When I meet people at Leeds generally speaking when they say "hi my name is, im studying ......" Its either Medical Science or History that they usually say to give you an good idea.
I know quiet a few people doing History they all love it, there are special history modules outside of the History department too. For example Chinese and Japanese History is in the East Asian department, you can do these as electives there really good.
Put it this way you would be in a huge majority of Students hah, oh and they all live in the Brotherton library, its rare you see History Students in the Edward Boyle the usual freshers library.
