Yes... just received the e-mail. It made no mention of nummerical testing however, just judgemental and motivational testing. Would nummerical come under this?

I hope not... my maths skills are appalling.

I applied for Human Resources. I don't know which of the schemes are more competitive?

Yeah... just seen it on the website, lol. What a nightmare. I'm slightly putting off taking the tests... I'm scared! lol. I'm quite nervous incase they're difficult. I sooo badly want a place on this scheme I don't want to naff it up this early.

Have you started your tests?

Does anyone know whether there are practice tests for the online tests we can take before actually taking the tests?

Yes there are plenty of practice questions and the tests you will take are numerical, verbal, physcometric and motivational . As someone who's been through it I recommend you complete the practice tests for numerical and verbal a few times to get used to how the questions are phrased etc and pick up any areas you're weak on before taking it. Other than that don't worry too much and just make sure you've got no distractions

Also don't spend time answering the physcometric and motivational questions how you think they should be answered as it will be apparent - just be honest.
