Send them an email mate.

It says on their admissions statement it should take 3 weeks for a response. So just email them saying I have not heard anything for over 3 weeks ... could you please tell me what is going on .... lol

hmm, I did email them 3 weeks ago about the postal strikes, I suppose I will give them a bell.

Yay, I'm not alone!! That letter confused me though - it seemed to say we really have to go, but not turning up wouldn't "ultimately affect" the decision. And that maths/physics test has got me worried too - they seriously expect me to believe they're not going to change their mind about my application if I fail it?!

How are you planning to get there?

Yes, it would help. Just say have you come to a decision. They are quite laid back. I spoke to the admissions team and they were like email us if you have the slightest query!

A friend of mine got the exact same letter so I'm getting a lift there with her.
I think we're pretty much guaranteed offers even if we completely flop the maths/physics test.

Well ive got an email back saying that applications take a long time to be processed. I suspect im in the reject pile and im just being fobbed off

Other choices: Warwick, UCL, Leicester & Kent
Pr Grades: AAB, although it's thought that I can get A*AA


anybody had any offers for history of art? I only applied on Monday but so far I've had two acknowledgement emails - one saying my application had been recieved, another saying it had been sent to admissions. This is my most favoured university and I'm REALLY nervous, having doubts about being accepted
