Yeah essentially its to get an idea of what you want out the experience (because it is NOT a holiday and a chance to get a tan lol) and to see what sort of placement would suit you best (like working with kids/conservation/construction etc). It's a really fun interview, it's so chilled out - the platform2 staff are great.

Mind you I did apply a year ago, so it may be slightly different now! But its definitely worth applying for, you have nothing to lose.
