If you had to choose two exercises per major muscle groups, what would you personally choose as the most effective?

Traps
Delts
Pecs
Lats
Biceps
Triceps
Abs
Quads
Calves
Hams

(Don't mind if they overlap i.e you think squats are best for quads and hams)

Hi Powerlifter

This is a serious question - how would one go about getting an ass that like the one in your sig?

At the moment in the gym I do 3-5 sets of 6 reps of Squats and Deadlift 3 times a week, the max I can lift for 6 reps is 40kg (squat) and 55kg (DL).
Are these the right exercises to be doing, and the right number of sets/reps?
I'm quite muscular for a girl naturally anyway, I think, although I would like to improve my glutes.
Oh and I'm not super skinny or fat either, I'm 5ft 5 and a size 10, although I could probably do with losing around half a stone of fat.
My measurements are:
hips (fullest part) 37in
thighs 21.5in
waist (smallest) 28.5in
waist (navel) 31in
if that helps at all..?

Also another quick question, any idea how I can stop leaning forward when i squat? I've tried improving hamstring/ankle/and hip flexor flexibility and I don't think it's really helped, I even have blocks under my feet when I squat but still I lean forward and I really can't work out why. Maybe it's just because I haven't improved my flexibility enough, but I thought maybe there's another reason and something I can work to improve?
When I was training over the summer and I was first learning to squat I was super inflexible and I would lean forward quite a bit, but once I'd worked on my flexibility I was a lot better at it and wouldn't always learn forward and I could actively try and not do it, but now I feel like I lean forward way too much every time I squat. I don't go to the gym with anyone atm so I can't video it or anything, but if you can give any advice from my rather vague discription I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise I guess I'll have to wait til I get back home and can get advice from the gym there. (I do not currently trust anyone at my uni gym because most of the guys give me evils for invading "their" weights room.)

Any help would be muchos appreciated!
