Since i've started i've struggled beyond belief i sadly failed one module and only passed 3 for my first semester. I've only just had my needs assessment I am so close to quitting this first year but I dont know if i will.

i just think its come too late but i'm sure on my options.

cant believe some of the responses ive read. i started uni this year, and was very nervous as i moved away and didnt know anyone, or the city. By the end of the freshers week i had lots of new friends, from course/halls/other places and since then the year has just got better and better. Everybody seems to get along with everyone else. I feel i can have a conversation with anyone, whether i know them or not. The course is going fantastically and the social side is amazing. Going to university was the best thing i've ever done and don't regret it one bit. If you go to uni with an open mind and get involved with things it will be the best thing you've ever done. I do believe that it's down to the person how much they enjoy uni, if they get involved then you'll have a great time, but if you keep yourself to yourself you may struggle more

Things change though, friskyfisky. I had lots of friends last year and was involved in societies, but it all went down the pan lol. Oh well such is life.
