Am I the only one who wants to see Tron: Legacy because Daft Punk wrote its' score?
Whether you think cinema died with Hitchcock or only got good once Michael Bay started blowing up helicopters, this is the place where moving pictures are discussed.

Am I the only one who wants to see Tron: Legacy because Daft Punk wrote its' score?
I don't really consider myself a fan of Tron, and it's been years since I've seen the first film, so I can't remember much of it, but as soon as I found out a while back that Daft Punk were writing its' score I couldn't wait, and still can't, for the film to be released.
Now, as we all know, Daft Punk are famous for their electronic dance music so presumably most of the Daft Punk fans, including myself, will be expecting their whole 24 soundtrack score to be mainly that. But, unsurprisingly, with disappointment to quite a sum of their fans, they haven't gone down that route and have made a proper film score you would expect to hear in most films albeit with an added twist of their electronic synths.
So, over all, I'm rather hyped up for the release of Tron 2, and cannot wait to hear Daft Punks' score alongside it.
