    Northampton HoR rooms
Hey, I am going to live in Margaret Bondfield's standart single, does anyone know if there is enough power supply / space to put a PC there ? As i saw in virtual tours in official website there is almost no place for anything but the keyboard/ monitor ( so no space for anything else, eh ).

Also, what would be more useful for studying ? PC or a notebook ? I know there are free IT centres but I want to rely on my own possibilities and be able to do as much as possible just where i live

P.S. I am going to study film & television so that I need a bit more powerful computer for not only typing or browsing, but may be also for some video editing.

I had my computer in a standard single along with a printer. The desks are a good size, although you may have to put the computer itself under the desk. I would recommend bringing an extra socket or so though.
