After being offered a place to do Computer Science at Plymouth I'm moving out of my old room in a 6-bed student house in Cheltenham.

It's located about 15 mins walk from FCH campus and has a local booze shop, newsagents, bookies, chippy and bus stop just around the corner. There is also a large Tesco 8 mins or so down the road, and the high street is only 20 mins away.

The house has been largely refurbished about 2 years ago with the majority of the property having laminated wood flooring, and is very well-maintained with great landlords, with a big kitchen/living/breakfast bar area as well as a spacious garden complete with patio and garden furniture. There is a main bathroom, a separate shower room, and a utility room with a second toilet in downstairs. Also, the drive is wide enough to park 3 cars on.

The bedroom is the largest of the 6 and is on the ground floor at the front of the house, you would be sharing with 4 girls (whom I haven't met) and 1 guy, who will be starting his 3rd year.

The rent is £65 per a week which only includes the water bill - everything else such as TV license, internet, gas & electricity has always been arranged between all housemates. The house is very smart and I think is good value for money compared to other properties in the area.
