What do you want to do with it?

I guess both are equally as good. It is a matter of personal preference.

Warwick for the rep and better opportunities after graduation. Warwick is a target uni for top banks along with Oxbridge and LSE. Can't say the same for King's. Anyway, you'll most likely work and live in London after your MSc, so you can consider your one year at Warwick a vacation.

i think warwick is probably a bit better for maths, although i'd personally prefer the location of kcl.

Warwick has a MUCH stronger reputation for maths, no question about that. Career prospects wise, it really depends on which job sector you want to work in. What are you thinking of doing later on? Most of the time, it wouldn't really matter which university you choose.
