I have one of those (only not that one, the one that was a tenner in the sale and no longer on the website) for my earrings, some bracelets and necklaces. Then I have a bowl- you know those plastic ones with like prints of sweets, popcorn etc inside full of rings.
One of those art/sewing storage cases with the small square sections hold my stud earrings with a different pair in each section
The rest of my jewellery is hung either on mirrors or on my pinboard with any expensive stuff in individual boxes and pilled up neatly on the side of my desk.
I love my stuff on show, so I know what I have when I get dressed. If I could have all my clothes on show tooo I would -
Re: Jewelry storage?!?
I have a leather jewellery box for all my fine jewellery that no longer fits (rings, mostly). Then I keep all my other fine jewellery in their individual boxes they came in.
Any costume jewellery is kept in a clear perspex jewellery box, which I got from Muji.
On my dressing table, I keep a silver tray for the jewellery I wear every day.Last edited by Ilora-Danon; 05-02-2011 at 12:30. -
Re: Jewelry storage?!?
I have a chest a bit like this that was a present years ago which has my fine jewellery in it, and then I have a little perspex box with 3 drawers that has stud earrings, dangly earrings and rings in (1 category in each drawer).
And some fine jewellery which comes as a set I keep in the original box
