BlackBerry PlayBook to support Android apps?
I switched from RIM to Apple, and thinking to switch to Android now, but I have always had a weakness for the good old Blackberry. Apparently RIM is not looking for ways to get Android apps working on their PlayBook, which would be awesome! Could this be a big boost for the PlayBook sales?

In all fairness it's not the apps that make Android a great OS, whilst it'll make the playbook look much better as a purchase I'd still imagine most just getting an Android tablet. Though so far from what I've seen WebOS tablet > Playbook > iPad/xoom however the first two lack apps so maybe this will impact sales greatly.

I am 99% certain that the Playbook won't run Android apps ever.

RIM will be dopes not to have it as Android. For one you attract millions of users already familiar with the platform. Besides, RIM need to re-market the Blackberry brand, since it's only teens who do BBM who use them. Blackberry OS has ****ty apps compared to iOS and Android.
