After reading the Wikipedia article, the card game is nothing like you have claimed. It's a tongue in cheek game designed to make fun of conspiracy theories. I'm fairly sure those cards you posted don't actually exist, and if they were, certainly not made in 1995 (especially the last two).
Trust me, if a card game made in 1995 predicted 9/11 to that degree of accuracy, I would have definitely heard about it before.
And even if this really is a card game from 1995, the earthquake didn't damage Tokyo much. Didn't destroy the clock tower. You're clutching at straws mate.
