    Microsoft office word 2007
    I need your help.

I started in portrait, changed to landscape and then changed back to portrait (e.g. several pages each way). Anyway I now have a problem. I'm back on the portrait but when I press the tab key to indent a paragraph a little bit it just sends the typy thingy all the way to the other side of the page. How can I stop this because my work looks really stupid now. I'm not very technically minded hence the basic language and no idea what to do so please can someone explain how to stop this in basic language.

    Thank you very much!!

Copy and paste it all in to a new file. Couldn't say for sure if it'll work , but it's worth a try.

When you changed orientations, did you add a section break?
This should help not to change your overall formating.

Umm I don't know. I just clicked on the box with the orientation bit in it and clicked from this section and did the same when I changed it back.

Copy/paste it into notepad, then copy/paste it into a new word doc. (You will lose formatting - ie. font size, colour, etc).
