    Funding entitlement after suspension
I wonder if anyone could offer any insight in regard to my funding entitlements, given my circumstances (outlined below). Currently going through the assessment process with Student Finance England.

    Circumstances:
    • Started of a university course in 2008. Withdrew after a few weeks to restart the next year. (1 year of funding)
    • Began first year of new course in 2009. Completed first year. (1 year of funding)
    • Started second year in 2010. Have had to suspend studies at easter. (1 year of funding)
    • Return in August 2012 to submit assessments.
    • Start third year in Sept 2012

Currently, I have had three of my four years of funding. I have been assured that I will require no funding for the 2011/2012 academic year, for which I have suspended.

I believe I should still be entitled to funding for my third year.

Does anyone know if this is the case? As mentioned, I'm currently going through the assessment process with student finance, having notified them of my change of circumstances.

    Cheers.
