    Making a complaint about ITS
    Hello,

Does anyone know who I should get in touch with to make a complaint about ITS? I tried emailing them directly over the weekend but got no reply, is there anyone within the university I can speak to so that I can make a complaint?
Is it worth emailing Sharon Battersby directly?

    Thanks

They won't deal with anything over the weekend, because it's the weekend.

If you don't get a reply after they've had some time in normal working hours, consider complaining to the DSU IT rep.
