So basically I get 'damp' 'moist' or 'sweaty' palms.

If I get warm they perspire loads. I dont sweat from my underarms or face, just my palms. It sometimes occours when im with girls, or if I'm worrying, and it's pretty embarrasing. somtimes in class they will sweat so much that my paper I'm writting on actually becomes very damp and sometimes the ink runs...

Apart from being embarassing, well thats basically what it is.

I have the same problem, i've had it worse than I've ever seen on other people.

Try making Sage tea, it is a brilliant sollution. I still have fairly sweaty hands, but they are nowhere near as bad as they used to be.

fairly common when you're nervous, or excited. I grew out of it naturally, but when I get epic climbing thoughts, of crazy moves and huge cliffs, then my hands sweat lots.
