It might be some sort of anxiety attack you're having. I suffer slightly from panic attacks and sometimes it feels a bit like a fluttering in the chest.
Do you feel nauseous and/or dizzy, too?

nope , no other symptoms . I get this wierd pains in chest (I have been assured they're not cardiac related) , numbness in hands , pins , twitiches (lots of them all over the body ) , head aches .. This all started when I was in my gap year and had nothing to do . Now Im plagued with symptoms  ..And every doctor says there is nothing wrong with me ,its all in the head , but I know its not ..

    lol you sound like me

It is all in your head though really, I don't really know what to say other than that though. I also have heart palpitations and generally just always feel like something is wrong with me. It's just health anxiety, there are forums out there specifically for anxiety you might get better responses there

I find avoiding caffeine helps (although I don't really), also distracting yourself, being on your own and doing nothing is when you're most likely to think about your heart. Every time it happens just remind yourself that the tests all came back normal and you've made it this far in your life without dying... that sometimes helps me. I know it's easier said than done though. But seriously, it is in your head. I think like every heart condition out there can be picked up via either echo cardiogram, holter monitor or stress test and I'm assuming you've had all of them so if they came back fine there's probably nothing wrong.

I have been doing some research , I think I might have fibromyalgia , Ido seem to all those symptoms and PVC's(palpitation) are common for these patients

I think you've just got anxiety. PVC's are only more common in people with fibromyalgia because it's often associated with anxiety and people with anxiety are more likely to have PVC's (or at least be under the impression that they get them more, almost everyone experiences palpitations at some point but if you have anxiety about it you're going to notice them a lot more)

    O good god no...
PVCs are as common as a Hollyoaks actor. Don't try to make this into more than it is.

Certainly don't go self diagnosing with life long untreatable 'diseases'.

I USED to get palutations on a semi-regular basis... maybe two or three times a month, maybe...

One thing to check is caffine. I used to guzzle alot of energy drinks/coffee and if you do so on a regular basis it will make your ticker start going out of rhythm.

I got the ecg and all that sh ite done aswell and got the 'go home and stop causing a fuss'.

Totally understand though - it is impossible to relax when you are experiencing one, it feels like your heart is stopping or something verry f'd up is going on in there!
