I don't know, but I've head it's really bad
I'm 17 and have an interview there tomorrow... I'm hoping its over minimum, I could do with a little over £3.64 an hour

Obviously, it depends on the position. It's definitely over minimum. However, after reading up online and speaking to some of the Costa guys in my local branch, it's not the best place to work. Maybe try Starbucks? (Better pay and staff are much happier there).
