There are other eligibility criteria such as being from a deprived background that you have to prove though..

Oh, I think he's applying to other courses which require that kind or criteria so he might be alright.

I don't know about the others but he can't apply here for some reason.
Didn't seem too bummed out about it so I guess it's OK.

Oh right, I called admissions and they said it was a new course so I assumed it was starting in 2012..my bad

I am fairly sure that this course wasn’t available on UCAS for the 2011 application cycle… As far as I am aware, this is actually the first year of this particular course.

On that note, Nottingham has previously had an analogous six year course; which also incidentally placed the students on the course at Lincoln University for the majority of the first year - I believe it was withdrawn (annulled) after the 2010 UCAS application cycle.

On the previous six year course – which was run at Lincoln University for the first of the six years -, Nottingham would interview 30 applicants for the 10 available places. In 2010, as far as I know for the Lincoln course there were approximately 126 applicants.

I was interviewed at Nottingham for the course back in 2010 .
