    Places to jog/run
Well Im heading to Bangor university on the Saturday, 17th September.

I am quite excited and very nervous at the same time :') But those things I can deal with.
However, one thing I must do...is that I must go for an hour's worth of jogging every day. I used to be quite big (190lbs) and am now (144lbs) and obviously its built into me. I also tend to wake up fairly early in new places (around 6am) so at that time, I usually go for a run. Now I know for a fact that gyms won't be open till about 9am...and even if its open, there will be lectures etc that I have to attend so I can't get it done as early as possible.

Is there any parks/athletic tracks etc, that I can use for free around 6am?

I see a lot of runners running to Menai bridge along Holyhead road. It's a pretty busy road but has some cracking views of the Menai straits

You won't need to run that much, just walking up all the hills will be enough exercise.

You may aswell just jog around Ffriffoedd site (assuming that's where you're living) a few times, it'll be pretty much dead at 6am, and it's pretty large.
