I'm not judging you or anything, I do exactly the same thing, if my mum tells me do to something I simply won't do it, even if I would have done it without her telling me.
Not every part of human behaviour has to be labelled as a disorder or condition. Some things are just personality traits! -

I recommend starting a website or finding other sources of income as then you won't have to work for anyone else, which I would imagine could be infuriating if you got the wrong employer.
Whether it's a sign of a disorder probably depends on how bad it is for you when you're told what to do, but I'm just guessing there...
