    2nd year accomodation location question
    Hi all,

Just signed up to ask a quick question. I'm looking at accommodation for next year (yes, it's early!) and I've found a place on Woodburn Terrace that I like the look of. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what it's like around there.

Basically, I like how it's close to the beach and a laundrette and it looks like a nice kinda place. But I don't want to live in an area where there are no students! Do any students live down that side?

I know that people want to live in the centre but frankly it's too expensive for me and you barely get any space in those flats. How far out do people go?

So, can anyone that knows a bit more than me give me some info on that kinda area and if my neighbours would be students or grannies?

    Many thanks

In case anyone's not sure what road I'm talking about, here's a link to it on google maps! Judging by the lack of replies I think I might need a visual aid.

Yeh students tend to live all over town and thats were the cheaper houses are so there will be students there. Students tend to go as far as morrisons. It's also really close to Albany Park, so there's loads of students there. I'd say there will be plenty of students around and maybe some locals but that's the same anywhere in town. Go and have a walk around the area and check it out! it's not like it's miles away.

There are students down there, and Albany park is like a 5 minute walk from that road. Don't worry.
